- Bike & Driving License
- One year of Desktop/Troubleshooting experience
Skills Required:-
- At least 1 years of hands-on experience in Desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Mainly Experience in laptop support, O/S installation, outlook configuration, hardware trouble shooting.
- Monitor network to ensure optimum performance, reliability and availability.
- Work closely with internal and external teams for problem resolution.
Education Required:-
Graduate
